灰干さんまの燻製
灰干さんまの燻製です。
いや～～
中々旨かったです。
生ハムのような味
これお勧めです。
原料の下ごしらえ（味付、乾燥）は出来ているので
開いた状態で縦に半分に切り
頭・尻尾、骨（大骨・小骨）を取り、燻すだけ。
時間（３０分程でよさそう）、チップ種等はお好みで
酒（赤ワインがいいかも）のあてに最高。
